A trip to Guernsey

Yes, I am young. But I have begun to plan a trip to a small island in the channels by the name of Guernsey. Why? BECAUSE!!! I am entranced with this book <<< everything about it really. The author herself went to Guernsey and the beauty and history triggered an idea. Thus, some excellent literature was born. I have fallen in love with the description of the island, the characters, the way she writes, the humor, the heart-wrenching stories!!! How could I resist to see the place which had sprung forth such a masterpiece!?! But over all, I have fallen in love with Elizabeth Mckenna. Such a person we all need to be more like. Anyway, just thought I would let you all know. I won't be going to school this fall....I'm going to Guernsey.

Let me know when you book your tickets on the aeroplane, or shall I meet you on the mailboat? It's Dawsey and Julia I can't wait to meet. Hope you are well.
    Yours sincerely,
